When I tried wafer paper for the first time I found the texture was perfect for my needs and over the course of the last 6 years I have developed a technique that has so far won me many awards and this has allowed  me to teach my technique around the world.

For example:  Italy, Spain, Scotland, Germany, France, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, China, Usa

With wafer flowers I have been able to express myself creatively and I hope that you too will fall in love with this technique.

These flowers are perfect to decorate any type of cake.

They are both light, but strong at the same time, and trust me you can use these on a traditional cake, or on a cake for a special occasion, or even an ice cream cake.

This is because once we have finished creating and painting our flowers with my technique, and the flowers are completely dry, we will see how they change texture, they will be very strong and resistant to humidity
